Orthotics
Orthoses are medical devices that look like insoles but are custom-designed to correct your unique foot and leg alignment. By restoring proper alignment, they help improve foot function and prevent further injury. Orthoses work by applying gentle, consistent pressure to guide muscles and bones back into their optimal position.
They fit comfortably into your shoes, relieving fatigue and pain, so you can enjoy daily activities and sports with greater ease.

1. Prefabricated Orthoses
These are ready-made functional insoles that can be tailored to your needs. We customise them by heat-moulding to your foot and adjusting them to your specific prescription. A variety of styles are available to suit different footwear types and activity levels. Prefabricated orthoses typically last between 2–3 years.
2. Custom Orthoses
These are individually crafted to match your exact prescription. Using measurements taken during a biomechanical assessment, along with either a 3D scan or a foam impression of your foot, we produce an orthotic that’s highly accurate and tailored to your anatomy. Custom orthoses are built to last, with a typical lifespan of 10–20 years.
We also offer services to assess, adjust, repair, or replace existing orthoses depending on their condition.
Investing in orthotics, and wearing them consistently, can be one of the best steps you take for your long-term health and mobility.
