I had been been painfully suffering with an infected ingrowing toenail since I stubbed my large toe last February. The local NHS services proved to be unsympathetic to my blight. Attending my initial Market Street Clinic appointment was a friendly  very reassuring experience and was promptly advised that it needed some urgent attention. All but a few days past when I reattended the clinic to have the infected side of the toenail severed. I cannot praise Siobhan and her supporting husband enough. The whole procedure was carried out in a highly professional but relaxing manner, providing me with reassuring empathy all the way through the procedure. Such caring patience in my view is rare. From arrival I was made to feel relaxed and welcome and my initial fears disappeared! Siobhan is the penultimate professional but a delight to chat to, kind, humble and genuinely cares! Her client first methodology means she is head and shoulders above so many others in her profession. From the moment I made contact, they went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I required. As an extremely anxious client facing full toe nail removal, Siobhan was just what I needed. Siobhan listened to and alleviated my worries and concerns, was compassionate and talked me through the procedure every step of the way. The exceptional service didn’t stop there with both Siobhan and Ian providing aftercare advice both over the phone and in person at follow up appointments. I never thought I’d ever say this but if I ever had to have nail surgery again I wouldn’t be worried as long as it was Siobhan doing the procedure. I was referred to Siobhan at her clinic for my daughter who had an awful on going ingrown toe nail, we had been to the doctors many times and on a referral list for NHS that just never showed, Siobhan was super nice and kind to Freya being only 11, she was frightened, she’s done the most amazing job, still in healing stage but 100% better that it was before, would highly recommend to anyone with troubles. I went because of an ingrowing toenail, but mentioned that an accident to my foot several months before had created a recurring problem with that toe, which refused to heal. Within five minutes the cause of the problem had been discovered and temporary treatment given. At a subsequent appointment I had toenail surgery and the cause of the longstanding problem removed. I received treatment for a ingrown toe nail on the 21/11/20 After being in pain for so long and with the ingrown nail and the NHS giving me over a 3 month wait I had no option but to take this medical problem privately.

After speaking to Siobhan on such short notice she fitted me 2 days later after the call (She did offer me Emergency surgery the evening of the call as well).

The whole procedure was a breeze felt comfort through out and was well informed all the way through and with flowing conversation kept me at ease and comfort.

Siobhan met me at the clinic on the Sunday morning to redress and to check how my toe was looking after the operation.

I can’t honestly thank Siobhan or Ian on how well they have looked after me and how much they put into customer relations and are a really top team and deserve all the praise they receive.

If anybody reading this needs to have any treatment or advice then please get in contact with Market Street clinic Ltd no matter what distance apart you are!

I had verrucas on my feet and used the swift treatment, every at home treatments I used would not move or get rid of them. However this treatment was amazing, really happy with my clear and feels like new feet! Really recommend this clinic. October 2020

Excellent treatment

I have attended MSC in Launceston for about 4 years regularly for general foot care. Both Siobhan and Imelda are professional, caring, informative and also listen which is important. I had to have a little toe nail removed a couple of years ago following an infection and I felt nothing, not even discomfort during the procedure. It grew back perfectly and I was more than satisfied with the treatment. The clinic is clean, well run, friendly and welcoming and there are no surprise costs. All my treatment has been explained and I feel I am treated as an individual. This is a local, easy to park, easy to find practice in Launceston and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. There would be no point.

I initially attended this clinic approximately 10 years ago when I was treated for a painful toe condition by Siobhan. The treatment proved to be highly successful and permanent.
More recently ( past 2 yrs) I have been attending this clinic for routine foot maintenance and reflexology.
This treatment is being administered by a relatively newly qualified member of Siobhan’s staff who is called Imelda. I have nothing but praise for Imelda. She is a highly qualified and skilled member of her chosen profession and her abilities are well complemented by her lovely disposition and ‘ can do ‘ approach. I can see why this practice represents one of the very best in Cornwall and elsewhere.
